The Japanese breakfast was great and there was a good choice of meals. the staff were also friendly and accommodating. the location was good for accessing the slopes, and it was only a short walk to local amenities.
The communication was a bit of a challenge as the staff's English wasn't the best.

The breakfast and dinner were really impressive. The quality of the food was excellent, fresh and delicious. the hosts were really friendly and willing to help us out with anything we needed, which made us feel very welcome. Plus, the location was great, very close to the slopes and all the attractions of the area.
The communication was a big barrier. The staff didn't speak much English and we had trouble understanding the necessary information about the services and amenities provided by the hotel.
